User can add your section/property into particular listing option. Listing option manages from the backend. User selects his plan (Listing option) and enters property detail (with images).  After use see that preview and make it payment.  If user makes it payment successfully than it display automating otherwise his listing not published. 
User searches property and contact seller for more detail.

1. Property Management:-

Admin can add, edit, delete, published and unpublished section from the back-end.  Admin can also see the transaction detail if user payment successfully paid from the back-end. Section thumbnail created auto as per back-end setting.

2. Plan/Listing option Management:-

Admin can add/edit/delete the plan. If they add the 0 than listing option are free.

3. Country and State Management:-

Admin can add/edit/delete the country. Admin can add/edit/delete the state into the particular country.

4. Template Management:-

Admin can make it the template easily and manage the template from the editor. Just put the tag and make it template as per requirement. Easy to manages the template.
There two types of template:-

• Section Browse/search
• Section detail.

5. Payment detail:- Currently  we are only add the PayPal method from the payment option.

• Support the Joomla 1.5.

Property search module also available with that package.
